The beautiful Sunny Coast has plenty of locations to choose from for your dreamy picnic. Our favourite locations are:

We also offer the option to set up in your garden/backyard if you wish. Let us know, and we will work with you to arrange the perfect set-up in your space.

How does booking work?

Once we receive your enquiry, we’ll respond within 24 hours to confirm the availability of your requested date and time. We’ll then work with you to finalise details such as location and additional requests for your picnic, and provide you with a $100 deposit to secure your booking after confirmation!

Full payment is required three days before your event. You can pay via bank transfer, which will be provided upon email confirmation of your booking.

What is included in your picnic?

Both picnic packages include the set-up and pack-away service, rugs and blankets, cushions, picnic table, table flowers, wine glasses with bows, ceramic dinner and dessert plates, linen napkins, gold cutlery, candles, and medium-sized serving trays.

What should I bring to the picnic?

You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages, as we do not offer catering at the moment. If you wish for catering services, we can provide a list of local caterers for you to browse from.

What happens if it rains?

If due to unpredictable weather, we cannot set up your picnic on the day, we will provide a partial refund for your picnic. The weather will be checked leading up to all picnics, and we will let you know if the picnic should not be set up. If this is the case, your booking fee will be 50% refunded.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel within 3 days before your picnic with no cancellation fee. However, should you cancel before 3 days, we will refund only 50% of your picnic fee back.
